All payments made to Meta School for courses, programs, bootcamps, or any other educational offerings are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed and access to the course or program has been granted, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, inability to attend, or dissatisfaction with the content.
Refunds and cancellation requests, if any, are processed by Viraay Skills & Consulting LLP, the operating entity of Meta School. This policy is in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, governing digital goods and online educational services in India. By making a payment, the learner acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, learners who are unable to attend their enrolled batch may request a one-time deferral of their access to a future batch of the same program.
